Before purchasing
Review actual-item photographs, condition, included hardware, model and part number, dimensions, and compatible years. Ask the seller specific questions in the app. Used does not mean refurbished or warrantied. A part listed for a bike family may still require adapters or differ by year. Do not rely on a filter as proof of fitment.
Checkout and shipping
Enter a supported U.S. delivery address in the checkout form. Review item price, shipping, and any applicable tax before paying through marketplace checkout. No local pickup or outside payment is allowed. Availability and price are checked again at checkout. Never send a verification code to the seller.
Receipt and inspection
Photograph packaging and the item on arrival, retain packaging, and compare the item with the listing before installation. Report damage, missing items, non-delivery, or material mismatch through the order promptly. The 48-hour inspection period begins when staff record independently verified delivery. Reported issues prevent payout while reviewed. This period controls payout review; it does not shorten statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
Assistance and limits
Riot Racing reviews buyer and seller evidence under the published resolution process. This preview does not offer insurance, a guaranteed reimbursement program, or an unconditional return promise. Do not install, ride with, modify, or return an apparently unsafe part without appropriate guidance. Qualified installation may be needed for brakes, suspension, steering, wheels, and electrical components.
