Shipping and delivery policy

Tracked U.S. shipping for used parts. No local pickup.

DRAFT · September 10, 2026 · Requires operator details and legal review before public launch.

Service area and costs

Sellers and delivery destinations must be in the United States. The launch form supports U.S. states and DC; territories and international destinations are excluded. Sellers must choose a tracked service that serves the exact destination and accepts the item. The listing shipping price must cover the shipment, including Alaska or Hawaii if accepted. Obtain support assistance before a sale if a destination cannot be served; do not seek an extra off-platform payment.

Dispatch and packaging

The proposed dispatch commitment is five business days after confirmed payment. Use suitable packaging, protect sharp or fragile mounting surfaces, secure loose hardware, and comply with carrier rules. Ship only the exact photographed part and included items to the checkout address. Obtain a carrier acceptance scan and retain a receipt. Tracking labels without carrier acceptance do not establish shipment.

Restricted shipments

Battery packs, loose batteries, hazardous fluids, and components containing prohibited dangerous goods are excluded from the launch. Suspension and other components may require carrier-specific preparation; never assume every part is ordinary parcel freight. Do not conceal contents or change the classification to bypass carrier restrictions.

Delays and non-delivery

If a shipment cannot meet the promised dispatch time, staff must contact the buyer with a revised date and the required opportunity to consent or cancel for a refund. Tracking delays, loss, and destination mismatches must be investigated. No funds become eligible just because tracking was submitted or a shipping deadline passed. Carrier automation, delay notices, and label purchase are not connected in the preview.

Delivery verification

An independent staff member checks carrier delivery evidence against the order destination, records the reference and result, and starts a conservative 48-hour inspection window at verification. Sellers and buyers cannot verify delivery in the staff workflow for their own sale. A report puts the order on hold. Carrier insurance or declared-value coverage exists only when actually purchased and remains subject to carrier terms.
