Draft status and operator
Draft version parts-draft-2026-09-10-v2, September 10, 2026. This private preview does not accept live payments. Before public launch, Riot Racing must identify its operating legal entity, business address, support contacts, effective date, and governing law, and obtain legal review. These draft terms describe the intended service and do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Who may participate
Users must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Launch sellers are individuals located in the United States; orders ship to supported U.S. destinations. Dealer inventory, new retail stock, international sales, complete bikes, and local pickup are outside the launch scope.
Marketplace relationship
Independent sellers offer their own used aftermarket parts and original take-offs. Sellers are responsible for lawful ownership, accurate condition and compatibility information, and fulfillment. Riot Racing provides listing, messaging, order, payment, and mediation tools. A listing review is not a mechanical inspection, authenticity certification, warranty, insurance, or guarantee against fraud.
Accounts and orders
Use accurate account information and keep verification codes private. Payment, delivery details, and communications belong in the marketplace. A saved order does not reserve inventory; availability, item price, and shipping charge are checked again when checkout starts. Orders use the price and policy version recorded at purchase.
Content, enforcement, and rights
You retain rights to your original content and permit Riot Racing to host, display, and format it to operate the service. Upload only content you have rights to use. Misleading listings, stolen goods, unsafe products, filter evasion, harassment, and misuse of personal data may result in removal or suspension. Request a review through support. Final liability, warranty, dispute, and jurisdiction provisions require counsel review before live commerce.
